| First of all I would like to congratulate sri Om Prakash agarwalla for being elected for the post of National vice President Chetra Ka and Sri Jitendra Gupta For being elected as National President of AIMYM,we hope to see a better future under the leadership of Jitu Bhai. I would also like to congratulate Ranchi branch for orgnising this conferrence which must be trend setter.Thier hospitality and all other arrangement is excellent. Member were raising lot of doubt and critising their arrangement but I would say you need to take lot of pain and manpower to host such a big programme ,errors and ommision are inevitable ,but ultimatrely lot of KUDOS to ranch branch.keep it on. |

My opinion ,the major blunder made my shyam soni during the speech was his marwari language where member could not understand his his views band his vision.Its true that we must promote our language but at such a crucial situation we should speak in a language where we are comfortable and also majority of member can understand.
I would say that this is the real win of workforce of marwari yuva manch.

Your finding of reason for defeat of Mr. Soni, viz. his speeach in Marwari, really hurt the heart. If your analysis is true even by 20%, we should really be ashamed of ourselves. We may not be using marwari for formal communication but I just cannot imagine a situation where a Marwari youth does not understand the language. If it is so, something is seriously flawed and needs immediate repair.

Its my opinion as well as what i felt since members at large were asking of the word used by him.Its true that we must respact our language,but you must be knowing that there are different type of marwari language like shekawati ,jodhpuri ,bikaneri etc.Mr soni it seems had spoken in jodhpri words which was really tough to understand even the marwari language lover.I personaly felt it one of the reason .
its true that we must be ashamed that marwari youth does not understand the language but, Anil, its fact also.
महत्वपूर्ण भाषा नही महत्वपूर्ण है तथ्य और बोलने का तरीका. भाषा तो एक ज़रिया भर है. भाषा एक भावनात्मक अपील का कार्य कर सकती है, मगर अपना समाज भाषा को लेकर किसी भी हद तक संवेदनशील नही है. अतएव यदि सोनी जी ने भाषा को भावनात्मक अपील का हथियार बनाना चाहा था तो संभवतः यह उनकी strategic गलती थी. लेकिन मैं यह मानने से इनकार करता हूँ कि मारवाडी में बोलना उनकी गलती थी.
जिस सभागार में ज्यादातर लोग अपने नेतृत्व के बारे में फ़ैसला ले चुके हुवे हो वहां जब तक कोई काश करिश्मा नही किया जाए, कोई फर्क नही पड़ता. और ऐसा कोई करिश्मा उस सभा में नही हो पाया.
बहस का बिषय यह हो सकता है कि इस चुनाव के नतीजे को एंटी-incumbancy फैक्टर की जीत मानी जाए या बदलाव देखने कि उत्सुकता की जीत मानी जाए.
वैसे इस बात में सभी सहमत हो सकते हैं कि श्री सोनी, किसी भी रूप में इस उम्मीदवारी कि काबिलियत रखते हैं.
इस सम्बन्ध में मैं यह भी कहना चाहूँगा कि इस ब्लॉग में चुनाव सम्बंधित सवालों की अनदेखी करने का खामियाजा भी कहीं न कहीं चुनाव अधिकारी महोदय और नेतृत्व को भुगतना पड़ा है.
